• Deposits, bills and what "utilities included" means

  The deposit is one month's rent and is not the last month's rent. Bills usually mean five separate things, each metered and billed on its own.

  Tbilisi is ten administrative districts that almost nobody names, and several dozen neighbourhoods that everybody does. Listings use the neighbourhood.
